The Tonan Phase Weapon projected a focused, high-frequency resonance field into surrounding space. Unlike a Phase Drive, which forms a stable transit corridor through Nilita’fen (the Flow of Light), the weapon’s field was chaotic, forcibly shearing spacetime and converting matter into phased energy. The result was instantaneous disintegration of anything within its cone of effect, leaving behind ionized trails and brief distortions visible even in vacuum.
