Overview

Driftblooms once formed the backbone of Garapr’seen terraforming on ancient Prose. When the Flow Network went dormant, their propagation patterns slowed and eventually ceased. Their disappearance puzzled Prosian botanists for centuries, who believed them lost forever.

Rediscovery on Telran

During the investigation of Telran’s Zokena continent, Prosians and Telrani identified driftblooms as identical to the extinct Prosian species. Analysis confirmed:

• nearly identical genome to ancient Prosian driftblooms
• embedded genetic archives of multiple plant species
• harmonic signatures matching Garapr’seen technology
• low-atmosphere survival traits consistent with terraforming design

When activated:

• driftblooms mass-propagate

This mode caused the instantaneous awakening of Zokena on Telran.

The Wake-Up Harmonic

The Wake-Up Harmonic is a Garapr’seen activation signal encoded into the Flow Network. It is required to shift a world from Restorative to Terraforming Mode.

Only a few beings or systems can generate it:

• Keshro’een (full guardian harmonic)
• Arzana Rin (partial harmonic attunement)
• Sariel Rin (Flow-aligned AI harmonic mapping)

This harmonic is central to the awakening of Prose in The Awakening of the Nodes.

Low-Atmosphere Survival

Driftblooms were engineered to thrive in ultra-low-pressure atmospheres, allowing them to:
