Altrenians are a humanoid species native to the planet Altrenia, the third planet of the Wolf 1055 system. They have been members of the Alliance since Annuli 3371 and are widely respected throughout Alliance space for their contributions to science, engineering, agriculture, and environmental research.

By Annuli 3436, Altrenia has been an Alliance member for approximately 65 annuli, making Altrenians a familiar presence aboard Alliance starships, research stations, universities, and construction projects.
